Thank you for shopping at Bourke's Books! We want every reader to feel good about bringing home one of Patricia Bourke's stories. Because our eBooks are downloadable digital products, our refund policy works a little differently than it would for a physical item — here's how it works.

Digital Downloads Are Final Sale
All eBooks purchased on bourkesbooks.com are delivered as an instant digital download. Because the file is available to you immediately upon purchase, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been completed. This policy is standard across the digital publishing industry and helps us keep our books affordably priced for families.

Before You Buy
Each product page includes a description, age range, and preview details to help you choose the right book. If you have any questions about a title before purchasing — reading level, content, length — just reach us at emailus@bourkesbooks.com and we're happy to help.

When We'll Make It Right
We know mistakes happen, and we'll always take care of our readers. We will issue a refund or replacement download if:

• You were charged but never received a working download link or file.

• You purchased the same eBook twice by accident.

• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open.

To request help with any of the above, email emailus@bourkesbooks.com within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days and make it right.

Paperback Purchases on Amazon
Paperback copies of our books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon, not through bourkesbooks.com. Any return, refund, or exchange for a paperback is handled entirely under Amazon's own return policy — please contact Amazon customer service directly for those orders.
